Giovanni Seneca

Seneca and Cocomazzi have both been praised as composers by Ennio Morricone, who put in good words for their music. This project was born from their will to put together in a unique performance the best of their compositions, re-arranged for guitar and piano. The mood of the concert is a changing contrast of musical styles and suggestions. Seneca's and Cocomazzi's compositions start from different assumptions but they often meet themselves on a common territory. Seneca travels through world cultures and he takes inspiration from them, revises the contents and finally gets to his own music while Cocomazzi proposes a versatile sound world which embraces jazz, classical and ethnic sounds.
